Government contractor OGSystems hired FOX Architects to design their new office. With an entrepreneurial culture and growth on the horizon, the client needed a flexible space that can evolve with the company. The challenge was designing a space that met these needs, even though the client could not supply a growth forecast.
The FOX Architects team created a space that could support their rapidly growing business. The new space included a multi-functional, collaborative stair to encourage connectivity between floors and interaction between people. We created a variety of spaces to support different work styles, such as the Boost Pub, where staff can recharge and socialize, and the Hideaway, designed for heads-down work. We incorporated standing-height surfaces, conference and meeting rooms to suit many needs.
OGSystems’ new space is flexible enough for unpredictable growth, while still supporting the entrepreneurial culture of this government contractor. A variety of workspaces enable collaboration in teams of various sizes.
