When law firm Duncan, Weinberg, Genzer & Pembroke left the office they occupied for more than 20 years, they hired FOX Architects to modernize their new space and support their work in an evolving industry.
Equipping this law firm for the future, our design solutions prioritized wellness, workstyle, and brand. We created a space filled with natural light, balancing the benefits of light-filled views with the firm’s need for privacy. Glass office fronts provide bright corridors with outdoor views, while strategic use of opaque glass film creates privacy in sensitive areas. Our team designed a program that gave the firm new in-office amenities that support the way they work: a café with a variety of seating options, tech-enabled huddle rooms that help small teams review documents and collaborate, and library spaces integrated into the café and meeting rooms. Legal assistant support hubs facilitate resource sharing and organization, and height-adjustable desks for every staff member provide customizable comfort.
Biophilic materials and organic textures support DWGP’s brand as experts in natural energy law. Stacked stone, wood tones, and nature motifs appear throughout the space. We designed each meeting room around an area of the firm’s practice: wind, water, solar, and more. In these spaces, custom wallcoverings showcase large-scale, dramatic photographs of outdoor, energy production sites they represent.
DWGP’s new office is bright and refined, with modern work solutions that support their legal practice and customized touches that showcase the firm’s brand.
